Our thoughts are something that either listen to us and are like are own servants or they can become dictators of us. We have the choice as to what role our thoughts will take in our lives.

They will either work for us under the direction of our strong will and at times do their best work at night while we are sleeping- some of our best work comes about when the conscience mind is resting; or if we are foolish enough to allow it to it can make us its slave.
