			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After watching the video below I really had to ask myself what was my excuse. You should also be asking yourself the same thing. What is your excuse for not doing or getting what you want out of life.</p>
<p>Having no arms like Tony Malendez would sure be the perfect excuse not do anything but that did not let it stop him doing what he loves to do.  It is true that what we focus on the most we will get more of.</p>
<p>Focus on your short comings and how they hinder you then get more hindrances in your life. Focus on your talents and what you can do then you will have more in your life. This is how the law of attraction and abundance work.  You get an abundance of and attract anything that you are thinking about.</p>

Of course successful people get good breaks that lead them to success. However these breaks are not by luck they come through the law of attraction.<span id="more-40"></span></p>
<p>Most successful people’s breaks have come one small one at a time and there is hardly ever that one big moment that brings them the riches and success we see. One key to everyone’s success is that they decided to take action<br />
.<br />
Without action nothing will happen. Many people are waiting for what they think will be the jack pot before they take action. If you have this attitude you may have to wait a life time for that jack pot.</p>
<p>You need to start now and stop waiting for what you think will be instant riches. Instant riches do not really happen unless you will the lottery and you know what the odd of that are.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most people think that habits and emotions are independent of each other. We can easily think of acquiring habits of action and thinking, but are apt to think of emotions as connected to feeling and not requiring any intellectual effort. However they are not independent of each other and they are both largely dependent on habit. You may increase, repress, develop and change your emotions just as you can regulate your habits of action and thought.<span id="more-37"></span></p>
<p>Emotions deepen by repetition. If you allow your emotions to take control of you just once it will be easier for it to take control of you a second time, and so on, until that emotion of feeling becomes second nature. This can become a problem especially if it is an undesirable emotion. If it is an undesirable emotion then you need get rid of it at once or at least master it. The best time to do this is at the start before in becomes too difficult.</p>
<p>All negative emotions need to be controlled but one in particular to really get control of is worry. People start by worrying about big things, and then begin to worry and fret about small things. Soon even the smallest of problems will worry and distress them. Some people even believe that evil things are about to happen to them.</p>
<p>If they are about to start a trip they think that they will have a wreck even before they start. If their child is more quite than usual they are sure it will become ill and die. If the husband seems thoughtful as he mulls over a business plan in his mind, then the wife is convinced that he is falling out of love with her and has a crying spell.</p>
<p>And so it goes worry, worry, worry. Every time you worry about something it will only make it easier for you to worry about it again. Get a hold of your emotions and stop worrying.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With the law of attraction how is that we really attract money. This is usually the first thing people want to attract using this law. So what should we do to attract more money in our lives?</p>
<p><strong>1. Donate</strong><br />
To attract more money in your life you must be willing to donate or give money with an open heart. If it is done with a tight fist it will never come back to you. Some people say that you should donate at least 10% of your income to charity or a cause you believe in. If you feel the need to give more then do so. Give to what ever organization you want especially those that might have helped you in the past. The old adage what comes around goes around is very true.<span id="more-42"></span></p>
<p><strong>2. Support a Cause</strong><br />
If you support a greater cause you will attract money. You may not receive any money from the cause you are supporting but if you do support it in a big way like maybe being the organizer of a charity then you will receive goodwill in the way of contracts and business that is outside of the cause you are supporting. Again this must be done with an open heart. Remember money is not evil and having more of it allows you to support more things that you would like to support like family, friends and charities.</p>
<p><strong>3. Mastermind</strong><br />
Join a mastermind group that can keep you energized and on a higher level than you would be otherwise. This group can be anything from an actual group of people that you meet with to books, audiotapes or whatever else will keep you going.</p>
<p><strong>4. Take Action</strong><br />
I think this has to be one of the most important principals of the law of attraction. You can not just sit around and hope that riches and success is just going to fall out of the sky into your lap. If you do you will be hoping and waiting for a long time and for most people will wait forever because it will never come. You need to take action on your plans if you want to realize your dreams and goals. To take action though you must remove fear from your mind.</p>
<p><strong>5. Be Thankful</strong><br />
We need to be thankful and grateful for what we have. This does not mean we need to be satisfied if we become satisfied we will become complacent and not even set goals to be achieve more. Remember wanting more does not mean that you can be thankful for what you have now. When we are grateful for things we have now then it will attract more to us to be grateful for.</p>
<p><strong>6. Change your Money Beliefs</strong><br />
How you think about money will surely affect how much you attract money. If you have limiting beliefs like “wanting more money is being greedy”, “with more money comes more problems”, “money is evil”, “rich people are snobs”, you will cut off the flow of money and actually repel it from you. Remember the more money you have the more good you can do. Money is not evil.</p>
<p>There are many more points to learn about the law of attraction but these are some specifically related to money that can get you started.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Do Our Thoughts Listen to Us</strong><br />
Our thoughts are something that either listen to us and are like are own servants or they can become dictators of us. We have the choice as to what role our thoughts will take in our lives.</p>
<p>They will either work for us under the direction of our strong will and at times do their best work at night while we are sleeping- some of our best work comes about when the conscience mind is resting; or if we are foolish enough to allow it to it can make us its slave. Half of the world are slaves to every wayward thought that they let torment them.<span id="more-32"></span></p>
<p>Our minds have been given to us to use and not for us to be used by it. Not very many people seem to realize this nor do they understand the art of managing the mind. The key to managing the mind is concentration.</p>
<p><strong>Block Everything Out</strong><br />
If you have some mental work that needs to be done then concentrate on it and block everything else out and the matters will be cleared up rather quickly. Your mind is like an engine and you must become like a mental engineer to it. You must be a competent engineer.</p>
<p>A competent engineer knows that the mental engine can not continue at all hours and that it needs rest. So when its work is finished you need to give it a rest. Some people keep their mental engine running whether there is any work to be done or not. Our mind is like anything else it can get worn out and will be in need of repair.</p>
<p>One way in which people continue to use it and wear it out is by lying awake in bed at night and fretting about that day’s problems and even problems of the next day. The best way to take care of your mental engine is to slow it down and think of something else.</p>
<p><strong>Use Your Will</strong><br />
The thing that you are worrying and fretting about might keep coming back to your mind but you need to use your strong will to push it out and replace the thought with something entirely different.</p>
<p>There is only enough room in our minds to focus attention on one thing at a time. So put all of your attention on something besides your problems and worries and you will see that they will soon be gone from your mind.</p>

<p>This is my creed that I strive to go by. For most of my adult life I have followed this and made my own success in the world. Everything I have done in my life has started with a thought and has been accomplished by action.</p>
<p>Most people probably have a lot of thoughts of things they want to do and accomplish in life but never take action. There thought remain that just thoughts.</p>
<p>Every great thing that has ever been accomplished by man has started with a thought.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Make Your Nervous System Your Ally</strong><br />
One of the most important things we can do in our self improvement training is to learn to make our nervous system our ally.  We must be careful because it can be made into our enemy also. To make it our ally we must, as early as possible, make as many useful actions as we can automatic and habitual.<span id="more-21"></span></p>
<p>Whatever new habit we are trying to acquire we must never let an exception occur until the new habit is securely rooted in our life.  When you start training yourself in this new habit you must launch yourself with as strong and decided initiative as possible.</p>
<p><strong>Pass Proper Impulses to your Subconscious</strong><br />
In a sense we are passing on to our subconscious mind proper impulses so that they will become automatic and second nature to our subconscious mind.  Our subconscious mind is great at storing all sorts of suggestions from ourselves and others.  So we must be careful to send it proper materials from which it can make habits.</p>
<p>Get into the habit of doing certain things.  Our subconscious mind will make it easier for us to do the same thing over and over again, making it easier each time, until it becomes automatic habit that we find difficult to free ourselves from.</p>
<p><strong>Stop Bad Habits</strong><br />
We must also be very careful not to develop bad habits. You might feel that it is ok to do a certain thing today and there may be no harm in it but if you do it again the next day you may be setting yourself up a bad habit.</p>
<p>Another important factor when developing a new habit is to do it with as much as enthusiasm as possible. This way you will be able to gain the most ground before you have expend your energy and met with the friction of the opposing habit.</p>
<p><strong>Just this Once</strong><br />
You must also be careful not to give into temptations to break the new habit by saying to yourself “just this once”. That is really the beginning of the end. If you give in to it just once then you have introduced a wedge that can split your resolution into pieces.</p>
<p>One example I like to use as a good way our nervous system can turn things into habit is learning to play the piano.  I never learned to play any musical instruments when I was young, except six months of guitar lessons. At the age of 37 I decided to try to learn to play the piano.</p>
<p>I practiced for about a half hour to an hour every day just on my own from a book I had purchased at the bookstore.  I realize that I am getting quite good at least with the basics, because of the training every day of my nervous system to do the same thing everyday.</p>
<p>I have found that if I try to play a song without having practiced it for a couple of months I can remember most of the song. This is because it has become part of my nervous system. It has remembered what to do and what keys to hit.</p>
<p>This is like any great athlete. When they are practicing their sport they do not have to think about what they are doing anymore because it has become automatic. This is they way you should make your good habit. Automatic!</p>

Yes it is true success and fear are like oil and water they do not mix.</p>
<p>If you are going to have any successes in your life you need to cut out fear and worry because they will get you no where. Fear and worry are the central causes of unhappiness and failures. Fear is a habit of our mind just like any other habit and just like any other habit we possess the strength and power to overcome it.<span id="more-16"></span></p>
<p>Expectancy is a powerful factor of our minds and is the same as a powerful magnet. What you expect is usually what you get in life. If you expect that you will fail and be unsuccessful in life then that is what you will get. If you expect successes and riches then that also is exactly what you will get.</p>
<p><strong>Strong Desire Attracts</strong><br />
If you have a strong, confident desire you will attract the things that you need in your life to accomplish your goals and plans. Persons, things, circumstances, surroundings and other things that you need will begin to appear.</p>
<p>It is also equally true that if you fear something you will start in motion the forces necessary to bring about that which was feared. The person who fears something really expects the feared thing and it is the same as if the person had really wished for or desired it.</p>
<p><strong>Replace Fear with Courage</strong><br />
The best way to overcome the mental habit of fear is to replace it with courage. Just as the best way to get rid of darkness is to let in the light it is the same with courage. It is not enough to just try to recognize negative thoughts and deny them away with great mental effort. You must replace those negative thoughts with courage.</p>
<p>The best thing to do is completely replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Instead of repeating, “I’m not afraid,” say boldly, “I am full of courage,” “I am courageous”. You must assert , “There’s nothing to fear,” which is almost like a denial but it is denying the reality of the object causing fear rather than admitting to the fear itself then denying it.</p>
<p>So the next time you fell fearful or worried about something sit up or stand up straight, take a dep breath and immediately change those negative thoughts with courage. You will be surprised how fast you can change your attitude.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was watching the Discovery Channel last night and saw a program about a company from Oregon called Motoczysz. The company whether they will be successful in the end is still to be seen but just looking at what they have been through to get to where they are was quite inspiring to me and a great example of perseverance.<span id="more-30"></span></p>
<p>This company makes racing bikes and was started by Michael Czysz. He decided to challenge the tradition thinking in the industry that only the Japanese and Italians could build racing bikes. So far he has done quite well and now has many patents for things that go in his motorcycles. These successes are not without many failures also.</p>
<p>Most people think that if there was really anything left to be invented for these racing bikes it would have already been done by the big companies with deep pockets. But he has pulled it off by developing things the big guys never thought of.</p>
<p>Just watching the show made me wonder how someone can go through so many ups and downs and actually want to continue. If you ever have the chance to watch the show please do. It is quite interesting even for someone like me who has no interest in motorcycles.</p>

I am sure most people do except rich and successful people. I will tell you now that luck has nothing to do with becoming successful. Successful people attract to them the things they need for success.</p>
<p>What most successful people have is a ,”I can and I will” attitude that acts like a strong magnet to attract success. There is no luck involved it is all in their mental attitude. <span id="more-11"></span></p>
<p>If they have a mental attitude of, ”I can’t,” or “I am afraid” then they will become paralyzed and do nothing. I am sure you have heard the saying, “If you think you can’t you can’t”. Fear paralyzes effort while courage promotes activity.</p>
<p><strong>“I can and I will”</strong><br />
Did you ever know a successful person who did not have the “I can and I will” thought strong within him? I am living a good life now and really do not have any major worries about money because I have always tried to have the “I can and I will” attitude.</p>
<p>With out this attitude I would have never tried the things I have done in my life. I am not perfect and when it comes to a new project or thing that I want to do in my life fear and the words “I can’t” will creep into my mind but I quickly replace them words of courage and I can.</p>
<p>I challenge you to always have the “I can and will” attitude it will get you much farther in life than an attitude of fear.</p>
