Motorcycle Success Story

I was watching the Discovery Channel last night and saw a program about a company from Oregon called Motoczysz. The company whether they will be successful in the end is still to be seen but just looking at what they have been through to get to where they are was quite inspiring to me and a great example of perseverance.
This company makes racing bikes and was started by Michael Czysz. He decided to challenge the tradition thinking in the industry that only the Japanese and Italians could build racing bikes. So far he has done quite well and now has many patents for things that go in his motorcycles. These successes are not without many failures also.
Most people think that if there was really anything left to be invented for these racing bikes it would have already been done by the big companies with deep pockets. But he has pulled it off by developing things the big guys never thought of.
Just watching the show made me wonder how someone can go through so many ups and downs and actually want to continue. If you ever have the chance to watch the show please do. It is quite interesting even for someone like me who has no interest in motorcycles.
